As a change manager, he aims to be a partner in achieving necessary large-scale changes within organizations. His motto, in line with Oscar Wilde, is "There is only one thing worse than being talked about, that is not being talked about." In other words, he doesn't shy away from making bold decisions with respect for both individuals and the organization. He is passionate about mobilizing things and people, moving them out of mediocrity and into the core of their strengths. This translates into his efforts to guide people into new roles and jobs, giving them insight into their talents and being honest about their limitations, always striving to place the right person in the right position. 

One of his greatest drivers is his fascination with seemingly hopeless situations at first glance. He is driven by building solutions from seemingly unsolvable problems. His motto is "Plus est en vous," which means there is more in you than you might think. He let’s go once the situation is back on track, always aiming for growth and improvement.
