Then, we guide you (and, potentially, parts of your team) through a series of in-depth sessions. Three to five sessions over the span of a year, to be more precise. During these sessions, we focus on reviewing your strategy, taking a close look at your value proposition and customer needs, comprehensively analysing your organisation’s inner workings, zooming out to consider your ecosystem, and assessing your shifting innovation strategy or positioning.
