With fifteen years of experience in grassroots groups, civil society organizations, and mass movements, both in the Netherlands and Belgium, she carries an extensive toolbox of effective tactics. Whether it's deep canvassing, media policy, or orchestrating disruptive actions, she knows the ins and outs of the trade and understands how to influence policy or change the minds of harmful companies. 

Campaigning is never a solo endeavor. To have an impact, you must build power, and Ike excels at involving people in campaigns in an inclusive way: people power! She mobilizes individuals so that together they can organize strong actions, infuse new energy into the campaign, truly build a movement, and rally volunteers behind a campaign plan that they genuinely believe in.
