Charlotte has twenty years of management experience in both profit and non-profit organisations focused on societal change. For sixteen years, she was the driving force behind Groep Ubuntu, nurturing the expansion of an organisation catering to people with disabilities. She also launched innovative residential and living communities at Triamant.
Her eyes start to twinkle as soon as S&L becomes obsolete. Read: when organisations are able to continue on their own path after collaborating with us. She achieves this on a personal level, through leadership coaching, providing guidance to managers, and fostering a sense of unity. But also on an organisational level, through establishing clarity in the organisational structure, communication channels, and job descriptions.
Charlotte delights in uniting employees and enabling them to shine. She’s at her happiest when she gets to transform a creative idea into concrete action. Dream, think, and do!
