Christel facilitates change trajectories within organisations, fostering connection with their mission, society, and each other. She does this through personalised interactions or in small groups, through conversations, outdoor experiences, and creative therapy or coaching.
Through her role as an executive in the social sector, Christel grasped the true value of authentic leadership. Her time as a travel guide sharpened her abilities in strategic thinking, taking the lead, quality control, group guidance, strategic change management, crisis management, HR… In all her endeavours, she helps people grow, broadens perspectives, and encourages experiential learning.
